During our Santa Barbara tour we stopped by the Municipal Court building. I liked the Spanish colonial style building, and to our amazement we saw a wedding happening there. We went to the other side and saw lots of folks enjoying the afternoon hours on the lawn doing picnic or reading books etc. A great place to remember.
